  Appeal court orders Yahaya Bello to face fraud charges On Tuesday, August 20, the Court of Appeal in Abuja gave former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello an order to appear in court. The former governor is to be charged with N80 billion in fraud by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Federal High Court in Abuja in April.
