Singer Kehlani requests restraining order against ex-boyfriend after he filed for full custody of their daughter over claim she's in a s3x cult
The American singer Kehlani has accused her former partner Javaughn Young-White of mistreating her after he requested exclusive custody of their kid on the grounds that she belongs to a sex cult.
According to records acquired by TMZ, the 29-year-old musician, who goes by the pronouns they/them and she/her, made the charges in a restraining order request and was recently given a temporary restraining order against Young-White.
Kehlani, who has a five-year-old daughter named Adeya with Young-White, purportedly stated in a court document that in June of this year, her ex-partner burst through the locked door to her bedroom.

Young-White, who dated the singer from 2018 to 2019 and previously played guitar for them, filed a paternity petition earlier in August. In it, he asked for full custody of Adeya and stated that Kehlani was a part of a sex cult whose members were allowed unsupervised time with their daughter. However, he later stated on Instagram that his attorney filed the petitions without telling him.
According to Kehlani's complaint, Young-White busted down her door not long after she questioned him regarding a postal letter that said he had applied for public assistance.
They mention that at the time, he was residing in a little house at the back of their land, and they claim he spent a lot of time there smoking marijuana and taking hallucinogenic mushrooms.
She also said that there was chaos in his bedroom.
After breaking into their bedroom, the singer claims that Young-White called them a "b****" and a "liar," and he also allegedly went on a tirade against their daughter Adeya.
According to Young-White, Kehlani "saddled" him with a kid, and he claimed fatherhood had "trapped" him and "ruined" his life.

Kehlani claims that after telling her ex to leave her property that day, she walked inside the back house and purportedly found food, marijuana, and trash sitting about.
They said they were worried that their five-year-old daughter Adeya had been spending a lot of time in the rear house with Young-White and that she would come back to them at the conclusion of their ex's visiting days smelling like marijuana smoke.
In her declaration, Kehlani also stated that she was worried about the consequences of Young-White's alleged drug use because she said he occasionally went on religious rants while high.
She said that she was tired of the "chaos and abuse" they had been through together for the previous five years and that she worried for Adeya's safety during her father's claimed state of affairs.
Concerning their daughter, Khelani also voiced worry over Young-White's lack of contact. She said that when she told him to move out, they lost contact, yet he is supposed to have picked up Adeya from school without telling her where they were going.
In the end, the judge agreed to grant Kehlani a temporary restraining order, which forbade Young-White from getting in touch with them or approaching them or their daughter within 100 yards.
In addition, she was given interim full custody, which will be reviewed at a hearing in September.
