After losing his cool after an altercation inside his aunt's house on Tuesday, August 20, a crazy nephew beat her to death with a broom.

 

At approximately 10:30 p.m., Alexander Fleming, 29, and his aunt Juanita Dallas were fighting inside their Jamaica house on 164th Street close to 108th Street when Fleming abruptly struck his aunt in the head with the broom, according to the police.

After being taken to North Shore University Hospital, Dallas passed away from her wounds, according to the police.

 

Later that night, Fleming was taken into custody and charged with murder, criminal possession of a firearm, assault with intent to inflict bodily harm, and depraved indifference, according to the police.



Law enforcement sources claim that he has been arrested ten times before, though specifics of previous charges were not immediately available.
