After an acrimonious breakup of three months, Billy Ray and Firerose Cyrus have finally finalized their divorce.
With 'irreconcilable disagreements' as his reason, the country musician filed for divorce from his Australian wife of less than a year.
Firerose left with nothing, according to court records obtained by DailyMail that were signed on Monday, August 5.
Based on the report, she probably doesn't mind that circumstance. The insider told DailyMail, "She settled for nothing just to be done with him and get away from the situation."

Each side to the brief marriage leaves with the majority of what they brought to the table when they signed the divorce agreement.
But according to the rules of the divorce settlement, Billy Ray has promised to give up any rights he may have to royalties or credits for songs that he and the other half wrote or published before and during their marriage.
Billy Ray filed for divorce on May 22, 2024, a few days before Firerose, 37, was scheduled to undergo a double mastectomy after learning she carried the BRCA gene, which increases her risk of developing certain malignancies.
Billy Ray seemed to challenge the veracity of this assertion during the divorce proceedings by requesting her medical documents. Since then, she has rescheduled her procedure.
Speaking on Monday, a source stated, "Firerose and her team would have presented a substantial amount of evidence to prove he concocted a story to enhance his public image if this had gone to trial."
‘There is no doubt she would have been awarded the divorce, but it was much more important to her that this continuous smear campaign end, and the emotional turmoil stop so she can close the door on this chapter and recover from her surgery peacefully.'
Billy Ray, on the other hand, maintained that Firerose had only wed him in order to get the surname Cyrus. He claimed that only a few weeks ago, she changed her name from Hodges, the last name of her first husband.
In a statement to DailyMail, Billy Ray stated, "I'm just very relieved."
He continued, "This has been the most outrageous scam I have ever heard of." Not to mention that I'm essentially the scheme's target and am in the center.
'It’s unfortunate it played out this way,' he said. 'Not only was it a web of lies that put me in physical danger, it was a matter of the heart.
'Love is blind – that’s for sure.'
