Javaughn feels Kehlani has been influenced by a cult for the past few years, which he claims is hurting how she raises their 5-year-old daughter, according to court records obtained by TMZ. He claims that the cult leader is the target of numerous allegations of se3ual assault and worries that Adeya may be in danger if the court does not step in..

According to Javaughn, Kehlani is under the cult leader's total influence, to the point where she now perceives him as a threat to Adeya and forbids him from visiting their daughter. Adeya was welcomed by Kehlani and Javaughn in 2019, however they parted ways the following year. Adeya has been featured on her mother's Instagram account on multiple occasions, and she even starred in the music video for the song "Little Story."


Javaughn's petition will now be considered by the court while the parents get ready for the next phase of the custody battle.
