Immigration officer suspended after video of him asking a tourist to find him ‘anything’ went viral


The tourist then said that he had his card with him, suggesting that they can get some cash probable via a POS or an ATM. 

‘’Give me some money and I will appreciate it'' Ufuoma responded

 

Reacting to the video, the NIS in a statement released today said Ufuoma's actions does not reflect the values and ethics of professionalism upheld by the NIS. 

 

It added that Ufuoma has been indefinitely suspended pending the outcome of disciplinary procedures which are in accordance with the law and Public Service rules.
