EndBadGovernance: The Defense Chief warns anyone advocating a coup that flying foreign flags within Nigeria is a treasonable offense. 

The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Mustapha, claims that flying the Russian flag in Nigeria is treasonous.

Musa warned those advocating a coup that the military had come to terms with democracy and that regime change would never be permitted.
